As we approach the end of this current term. There are a few things we would like to bring to your attention.
Below the costs are noted for next term. The cost for the next 13 week course is as follows:
1 child £143.00
2 children £286.00
3 children £429.00 less 15% discount (£64.35) = £364.65
The new term will be as follows:
W/c Saturday 26th – Wednesday 30th April to W/c Saturday 19th – Wednesday 23rd July.
We will run as usual on the bank holiday Monday 5th May and through half term w/c Monday 26th May and the weekends on either side.
Unfortunately it has been necessary for us to increase our prices as from the start of next term. We do try each time to keep these to a minimum. The cost will raise from £10.50 per lesson to £11
Can we please respectfully ask that as parents you respect our policy of no spectating apart from the weeks specified. We implemented this for a number of reasons, of which, have your children’s learning experience at the heart. Please ensure that you leave the building each week after the initial 5 minutes at the start of the lesson until 5 minutes before the end of the lesson when you return to collect.
Unfortunately, due to a number of recent incidents, it is now necessary for us to have to implement a no phone area within the pool. During the watching weeks (or if you are within the pool at any time) please ensure that, if you need to use your phone to make/take a call or read/make a message you go outside of the pool building. During the time you are within the pool your phones should be kept out of sight either within a pocket or bag. At no time should you video or take photos within the pool building. This complies with the child protection policy.
We have had a few issues this term with regards the changing areas. May we respectfully remind you that ANYONE over the age of 8 years old should only enter the changing area of their gender. Fathers changing girls under the age of 8 must do so in the male changing area. Mums changing boys under the age of 8 must do so in the female changing area. In saying this please also be aware that some children are big for their age and maybe under 8 years old. If anyone has any concerns going forward, please do contact us and we can ally any concerns promptly.
Over the next couple of weeks, all pupils will be working towards awards available within the level of their class. If you wish to purchase certificates, then please go to the desk (after enrolment week), and we can order them for you. Certificates do have to be paid for in advance as we print them. The cost of a badge and certificate is £3.50.
First watching week w/c Sat. 17th – Wednesday 21st May.
Second watching week w/c Saturday 14th – Wednesday 18th June.
Please check the website for up-to-date information, including term dates, a copy of the newsletter, and a list of all pupils who received the certificate of achievement from each class.
The last week of term is fun week, and your child may come along to any of the sessions listed below on the half hour. No pupil will be able to join in midway between sessions. We adhere to a maximum bather load of 35 pupils. When this is reached, any pupil that arrives after will be asked to wait until the next session (this doesn’t happen very often).
Please note that the earliest times tend to be the busiest.
